Blogging is so therapeutic. One of the speakers at a recent Women's Summit I went to, reads my blog and asked how did I manage with the time. I told her I blog during the breaks. In any case, the mind has a 20-minute active span and then it plateaus off. So every 20 minutes we must distract ourselves with other activities and come back to the chore, totally refreshed.
Well, clearly from here, it's obvious, I am talkative too! Ha ha ha. Cheers.
