I've been tooling around with my Beta Blogger account, trying to replicate the look of this blog while incorporating the new features -- such as Categories, and Previous Post/Next Post -- which I had tried in vain to hack in the old Blogger, but never had enough skills to pull off.
The new Blogger is nice -- they've even thought of having the word "comment" in both singular and plural, so that if you have one comment, it will show the phrase "1 Comment" rather than the incorrect "1 Comments."
For the moment, I'm working off of Minima White, trying to add a third column to the two-column layout. But I'm having a rough time of it. The elements within the third column don't line up properly. And that's the least of my problems. Even more annoyingly, comments won't show up in my Item Pages at all! Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to figure it out properly, so I'm going to have to leave it for now.

I also see that this comment form I installed by way of Stephen Webber is still not functioning well. I hope Beta Blogger has ready-made inline commenting! It would sure make my life easier...

It's good to hear that beta blogger has some intelligence programmed into it and can differentiate between 1 comment and 2 comments. Pity though I'll never be able to experience this for myself on my own blog site! ..sigh.. signed .. Mr Zero Comments :(
