Still reading papers.

While whiling away time before my meeting with Hisham yesterday, I had a cup of coffee at a greasy spoon diner and bought a copy of The Edge Daily. It had a nice, neat opinion piece on the new cabinet that actually had information in it, which pleased me to death because it gave me things to go on: due to their connection to the AP (car imports) scandal and Lingamgate respectively, Rafidah and Tengku Adnan had to go [honestly, I didn't know!]; and Zahidi Hamid is the first minister in charge of Islamic affairs that is not an ulamak. Nothing earth shattering, but it provides a bit of dimension to what's happening out there. This is all I'm asking for.

As for the frequently-repeated story that AI has received billions of US dollars to buy off MPs in Sabah and Sarawak: I would like to know what the heck that's about.
