Now that I have some free time, I'm exercising more consistently. Mostly working on my abdominals. I doubt I'll get very toned, because getting toned involves losing the fat in my tummy, and losing fat means eating having to eat right -- which I don't do. It takes a lot of imagination to come up with creative yet healthy things to eat. Never too much meat, always the right amount of potatoes. Then you've got to throw in the probiotics there also. And fiber. And iron. And the entire vitamin B complex. Bla bla bla bla bla.
In the movies, there's always a rich guy or gal with a personal assistant who does everything for him or her. I'd like to be that person, because then my personal assistant can come up with my meal plan, shop for the ingredients and somehow get it cooked and delivered wherever I am.
I can handle everything else, like designing the exercise regimen.

Modern life makes it so convenient to eat bad food and so hard to eat properly! What a challenge.
