New Year, New Love

At 7:44 a.m. I think is when the new year officially begins -- when the sun enters the sign of Aries. Actually I don't know the exact timing, so why don't you look it up to be sure? (Thanks)

Some superstitions related to that: whatever you're doing at the precise moment the new year begins is generally what you'll be doing for the rest of year. So, if you're working, you'll be working hard. If you're sleeping, I guess you'll be sleeping all year. Also, you should eat fish because unlike most animals, it only moves forward. You don't want to be moving backwards in the coming year.

The Brazilians say if you want to find love, wear red underwear at the new year. But the Brazilians celebrate new year on January 1, and I'm not sure if their new year superstitions are transferable. However, it's worth a try. I know there are lots of you out there wishing for a new love.
